Levomethamphetamine Side-Effects (In Vicks Inhaler)

Hey, my friend just took a lot of Vicks Vapor inhaler which contains Levomethamphetamine. She wasn't sick at the time and is now suffering from Nasal Congestion, Coughing and a runny nose. Is this a common side-effect of the chemical?
