Inquiry for nelarabine

Hi if anyone can provide information on the channel of buying nelarabine is appreciated. Someone in my home country was diagnosed as T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Nelarabine(Arranon) can treat this. Is the only way of getting the medicine for this disease through prescription of US doctors? I'm trying to help if I can get it from any drug company. If anyone knows, please let me know. How much deos it cost also. Thanks!
