Yes. If Acetaminophen has been coupled with another drug it usually has an enhancing effect of the opioid, or whatever the other drug may be. They work together usually in pain management drugs. As far as the Caffeine, jhard, it is a stimulant and anything I would say would just be my opinion so someone else will have to get that one for ya. Hehehe. Sorry.

Default caffenine

Jhard,
mike was right about the tylenol (acetomenaphine) you have to be careful with it though as you can not take more than 4000 milligrams per day or you can severly damage your liver, so just add up how many milligrams of acet, is in each pill and stay 1000 milligrams under just to be safe. As far as caffine is concerned, it falls under the family of drugs called Vasodialators, meaning that it dialates the size of the veins that are carrying blood which gives the effect of a rush or a high because of the extra oxygen your getting as a result of the opening of the veins, however when you stop with the caffine the opposite happens and they start to constrict, thats why many people who are hooked on caffine get headaches and are restless.
Anything else let me know
Mark
