I am new and I need some help please

hey... I have been on all types of pain pills.. do to shattering of part of my spine. Anyway my brother is not taking hydrocodone for his neck. We are having the STUPIDEST argument.. He is trying to tell me 7.5/500 is stronger then 7.5/7.5 I can find anywhere which shows the level of the dosage for them on line. Please help so I can stop dealing with this... thank you for your time...
