Hey everyone... ]
I've been taking Hydrocodone 10/350 for about 3 months now for arthritis pain. I have been pretty disciplined about taking 5-6 pills a day and no more than that. Although, I have become pretty dependant on them. I am also on Effexor 75 mg.

Anyways, something's been going on for the past month or so that's really been bothering me. I usually take a Hydrocodone within an hour or two of going to bed. When I lay down to sleep, my thoughts go haywire. They race in and out of my head. Sometimes they are disturbing thoughts, and sometimes they make absolutely no sense whatsoever. I can't even begin to tell you what some of them are, because by the time my brain tries to process what I'm thinking about, it moves on to something else. Is this normal? Is it anything to worry about? Please help me out with some info. I would be so appreciative!!!!!

I have AWFUL dreams on this stuff! At the moment I am trying to get off it entirely starting Monday and have been tapering this week. It is very potent and beware addiction.

My 1st thought about this is the amount of caffeine & acetominophen in this particular drug may have some effect on you. It is possible to be prescribed the drug Hydrocodone, without all of the additives. Talk to the person that's prescribing it to you. I am just giving you a guess here, but I know that when I took all of the different pills I took, many of them had a lot of added products. I generally had waaay too much acetominophen &/or caffeine with the pills I took. Good luck!
