Is 10/325 of hydro stronger than 7/7.5 of hydro? I just recieved these pills and the doctor said since it was "10", it's stronger than the ones I had before. However, I took one and it did not get rid of my pain. Any advice on how many i should take?

10 mg is 2.5 mg stronger than 7.5.

I agree with musicman but hydro does not come in 7/7.5 so I'm not sure what you are taking about as far as that goes....

The only real difference to any of this is how much acetaminophen comes with your hydro dose. There is some difference in 7, 7.5 or 10mg but lots of difference with 325mg vs 650mg of apap in a lorcet vs a norco. That also affects the feeling of "euphoria" of each pill respectively. There's lots of difference in a 10/325 vs a 10/650 hydro. So what is being prescribed? God bless.
