Hoy much lithium to take

hey, i just scored a lithium 450mg tablet (54 346). I was thinking about experimenting with it, but im not quite sure how much to take because i had done some previos research on this drug but didnt expect that this tablet was going to be 450 mg's. i weigh about 200lbs, any advice on how much to take???

don't take it. that one tab will not do anything. just maybe make you sick.

lithium is normally started at a dose of 300mg 2x a day.

Just started Lithium this morning at 300 mg 2x's a day, already take Celexa 20 mg, also Zanax....ugh, as soon as I took it about an hour later I felt yucky...just got sick to my stomach. It has been 5 hrs. now. I am hoping this works...my body is so weird with meds. Topomax made me gain 30 lbs...and put my legs and hands to sleep and also water weight in my legs..I know it is unusual about the weight gain......I am half ass backwards when it comes to meds. After reading on here, I will NOT be drinking anything, the one thread about wrecking and waking up in the ER with no clue scared the ******************** out of me....
