Default how much stronger is Endocet 10/650 compared to Vicodin 5/500?

Hi Im new so Im sorry if this has been asked before but I really just wanted to know what I was getting into, since I've been taking vicodin 5/500mg for my back problems for a few years now, and just suddenly had a really bad root canal which I was prescribed Percocet 10/650 mg for.

And I was wondering exactly how many of those vics I have would equal to one of the Percocets I got? I also have been prescribed norco 10/325 mg as well, but it wasnt working for my tooth problem, however, since it was also 10 mgs like the Percocets I thought it might be the same dosage. Can someone help clearifly for me just how much stronger these pain medication I have are compared to each other or is there somewhere I can go and find out how strong each type of narcotic pain medication equal to each other? Like I Also hear percocet has Oxycotin in it, so is it just as strong as oxy by itself? Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for your help.

Oxycodone is a little more then twice as strong as hydrocodone, so you'd roughly 20mg of hydro to equal 10mg of oxy. Forget about the apap, it's not a factor in strength.

You have it backwards, Oxycontin is time released oxycodone with no apap, Percocet is instant release oxycodone with acetaminophen(apap). Yes Oxycontin is stronger then Percocet.
