Default How do you find out if what organ a drug (Lexapro) is cleaned by?

Hello, I am trying to track down how you find out how a drug is cleaned from your system. A person I know has died recently, I am thinking the cause will be cirrhosis, and I know he had started on lexapro a few days before. Physical symptoms would suggest he had advanced cirrhosis, but I am not doing the autopsy. I am wondering if the 3 tablets of lexapro hastened it. I hope not, because I suggested he needed help, but even if it is, I know that it probably was coming anyway, and it could have been worse.
