How can I wean off Cyclobenzaprine/Flexeril?

I have been on Cyclobenzaprine/Flexeril for fibromyalgia for several years. Every time I try to discontinue I have severe spasms. Does anyone know how to wean off this medication? I have changed my diet and exercise, and want to see if I can go without the medication now.
