It contains Ovestin and Ethinyloestradiol.
It relieves the symptoms caused by atropy of the lower urogenital tract caused by menopause. It can help to relieve general urinary and vaginal symptoms, recurrent infections of the vagina and urinary tract, as well as mild urinary incontinence.
As to reliable, I have no idea.
