Hello all First I want to thank everyone here for all your help in the past.
I have a new question concering my mother.For about 3 years she was getting 120 10 mg percocet a 30 day dose. I just learned her doc lowered her percs to 90 a month and added 30 10 mg methadose to be taken 1 per day along with her percs. I thought methadone was used for help with addiction and would block any kind of high you would get from the pills. Can some one please give soon feedback .

Methadone is also an exellent pain killer and because of it's long half life your mom will only need to take it once a day maybe even every other day......Dave
