Help!!! I messed up!!!!!!!! Painkillers

Ok i went cold turkey from pain killers for 7 days just had a few back pain symptoms and normal emotinal problems after coming off them. I was an idot and found 6 5.500 hydros in my closet by mistake and what do ya know of course i popped them. Am i gonna start my withdrawals all over again? Or how is this gonna turn out for me? I use to take 15 to 20 10/500 a day for 2 years so basically slipped and took 3 10/500.........PLEASE HELP!!!!

Listen - I am only 9 days clean. But I can tell you the worst thing that can happen to you is that you jump back into using.
Just stop. If you suffer some w/ds, ******** happens. You said you went c/t for 7 days - start over, keep posting, move forward.
