help with aviane

my girlfriend has been on aviane for a month and we were wondering if it is ok to have sex after she has started a new pack she has already taken one pill on her second pack, we use condoms but we're wondering if we could have sex without one yet without her being pregnant we know the risks of stds but it is not a problem because we've both only had one sexual partner and that is each other. any help?
