Headache Medication

I get headaches on a fairly regular basis. They are worst during my period. The doctor tells me that they are "menstrual migraines". I have yet to find anything, prescription or otherwise, to make them go away. Before I would try anything new, I'd certainly check with the doctor, but does anybody have any suggestions of meds that have worked for you?
