Has anyone here using hctz for high blood pressure? If so, what side effects are you experiencing, if any? I've been on this med for 6 yrs and now i have developed high cholesterol. Inspite of high fiber diet and 6 miles walk, my cholesterol will not drop. I read somewhere that thiazides can increase cholesterol. Is this true?
