Has anyone experienced hair thinning while using Effexor XR

I am very concerned about my thinning hair. I was told by my hairdresser that a couple of her clients have experienced a change in the texture of their hair. Does anyone know if this is valid? and has anyone noticed this happening to them without thinking it could be the medication.
