YOu CAN take a legal stimulant (energy drinks, caffiene, cigarettes) or a really loud, shrieking alarm clock followed by a freezing cold shower.
Jesus Christ will help you through. -Betsy -
OR maybe b/c your addicted to opiates. any junkie will tell ya that waking up in the morning is really hard especially if u dont have a 80 or some other opiate waiting for you when u wake up! lol -
funny i had the opposite happen to me after surgery and was given vicodin i could not sleepbut i would try to not take it so close to bed time if you are so it has more time to leave ur system my reccomendation anyhow -
I have a terrible problem oversleeping because of my opiate use. I don't have any suggestions for getting rested so you don't need to oversleep besides go to bed earlier, but I created a technique that could seriously wake up the hardest sleeper in the world. I recommend trying it if you are having trouble and nothing else works. I set multiple alarms, 7 of them to be exact. 3 on my phone, 3 on my boyfriend's phone, with both phones set to loud, alarm clock sounding rings, one wind-up and one buzzer. The other alarm is a radio clock set on a horribly loud, fuzzy station playing the most obnoxious music on earth. I want to get up at 8:00 so I set the first 2 alarms on my phone and the first 2 on my boyfriend's phone for 7:40 and 7:50 to start waking me up. Then at 8:00 all three alarms go off at the same time. It is so loud that it starles me awake and the 3 different types of sounds are so annoying I have to get up to turn it off. If you are having trouble oversleeping you should seriously try this technique. It sounds a little complicated but you will never oversleep again if you do this.
