Default Getting off all medications

I have been on something i.e. anti-depressants, benzos, the "legal drugs". I've abused alcohol, pot, coke, opiates for 15-20 years. I supposedly suffer from depression, thus the anti-depressants and benzos. I also get addicted to substances easily, thus the alcohol, pot, etc. I am now taking 3 anti-depressants...Remeron, Effexor and Wellbutrin. I take Ambian to sleep. I am withdrawing from opiates as we speak and with Darvocet. I'll be done with those tomorrow. And am taking Valium without my Drs knowledge. Oh yea, and I smoke too. I am getting the feeling that it's time to get off everything, but of course I can't do it all at once. I was wondering, if anyone has any ideas or have gone through the same situations I have. How would you handle withdrawing from all these substances?
thanks for your help
