flexeril side effect numbness PLEASE HELP

about 24hrs ago i took 1 flexeril tablet (not prescribed to me) and 1 hydrochloride tablet to stop the pain of my spained ankle (this is the 1st time i have ever taken either of these pills).. I fell asleep because it made me very sleepy. I woke up later because i had to urinate. When i began to urinate i was urinating BUT i could not feel anything coming out. it has made the tip of my body part numb. i read that flexeril stops the nerve impulses that are sent to your brain.. could this be what has happened?
