Methylenedioxy methamphetamine (MDMA) or "Ecstasy" as it's referred to will increase your internal body temperature, giving you a fever. Also I have had fevers when I took more than 40 mg of Adderall at a time.

Thanks for the reply. My son (16) a couple times had a fever for a day or so, but no other symptoms. It felt a little suspicious. Now that I know it is possible, I will keep my antennae up a little higher.
