I have pvns tumors as well as some unfortunate pain conditions... my dr is a pain specialist and he has been helpful --

I used vocoden then perks then oxy ir over 2 years or so --
I'm at 15 mg n i don't feel they do much even after double up or more with his advice
he will give me 30 mg I'm surge but thats the same ?
- I'm sure i am too used to it -- the get patch is the best -- it has been the same strength for years n its fine but I'm thinking about trying a new b/t pain med -

any ideas or thoughts

has anyone tried using rent pops or pills as b/t while also on patch

or any ideas but going up tp roxy 30mg oxy ir since thats just like me doubling upo --
