I need to know more about Fareston medication for breast cancer and especially its side effects. It's important since someone in my family has been using this medicine and there seems to some alarming developments. Please inform me.

Fareston[purple][/purple blocks the hormone estrogen in the growth of a tumor. It is absorbed by in the GI tract and metabolized in liver and excreted thru feces.
Used for metastatic breat cancer
There are many side effects I'll list the most common Constipation, , nausea, skin discoloration, dermatitis, hair loss, cataracts, dry eyes, abnormal visual fields, glaucoma, tremor, fainting, depression, jaunidce, vaginal bleeding,Cardiac failure, heat attack,strok and blood clots. Let me know if there are specific side effects not listed above
