A family member recently took a urine drug test for a new job. They are on prescription Endocet for pain and Levoxyl for their thyroid. The lab called and said that the endocet did not show however cocaine did. They were dumbfounded since they've never ever used cocaine. Can anyone help????

Did a quick internet search and found the following substances/conditions have the potential to give a false positive result for cocaine:

Amoxicillin, tonic water, kidney infection, kidney disease
liver disease, diabetes.
