I recently started Adderall 20mg once a day and it helps a little. I'd like to go to 3x daily, but I'm on Oxycontin 80mg 3x and at hs if needed as well as msir 30mg 2 every 4 hours.It took two years to get my pain under control with these meds, I am wondering how the Dr. will respond to my wanting the Adderall increased. Any thoughts?

I think the dr will probably freak if you propose jumping your adderall dose to three times per day from once, especially considering all the RX opiates you're currently taking. Makes NO sense to me whatsoever.

Why would you require all that adderall along with all the opiates? And I couldn't really understand what all opiates you're even taking from your post the way you wrote it. What are you taking daily besides the adderall and the oxycontin? God bless.
