Default Equivalence with Morphine

Dear friends, I am going a research and I need to find the equivalence with Morphine (either 10 mg im or 30 mg po) of the following drugs:

1. Papaveretum: po,im,sc,iv
2. Ethoheptazine citrate
3. Fentanyl
4. Sufentanil iv,im,it
5. Tramadol hydrochloride: iv,im,po,ir
6. Tramadol HCL with acetaminophen
