Default Epidural Spinal Injections/Arachnoiditis

i am asking if anyone has been diagnosed with arachnoiditis after having Epidural spinal injections of Depo medrol? This drug is not approved for epidural injections by it's manufacturer Pfizer, formerly Pharmacia/Upjohn. Adverse reactions are Arachnoiditis/meningitis/bladder and bowel dysfunction/sensory disturbances/ anyone with this diagnosis-kindly let me know..Thank you 1218
