Vasectomy done over 30 years ago has led to accumulation of water and enlargement of left testis plus epididymis. In general hydrocoel is not often associated with any secondary physiological abnormalities, however some people have indicated a possible correlation between the above state of inflammed testis with development of elevated intra-occular pressure. I wonder if others share this opinion.
