Effexor and pregnancy??

Hello, My DR. just switched me from Lexapro (10mg dosage) to Effexor(75mg dosage).
The thing is, I'm going to find out next week if I'm still in remission from cervical cancer. I've been batteling with that now for over a year. Since the news has been good so far, my fiance and I want to start trying to have a baby as soon as I'm healed from the biopsys.
So, what I want to know is this...
Can Effexor be taken during pregnacy?
What are the side affects on the baby?
Can you take any of these kind of medications during pregnacy?
Is there a higher risk of losing the baby?
And, Would I be able to breast feed?

If any of you have any information on this it would be greatly appreciated. And thanks in advance.
