Duragesic not showing up in tests.

I have been on duragesic (fentanyl) patches for about 7 months now and using them as told to. Now after 3 urine tests it has never showed up in my system. What would cause it not to show up? I use it as told. Could I be counting the time wrong before I change it? I am on several other meds. Could any of them make it not show up?

You need to tell the lab that does the urine test about all your meds.Better yet write out a list of what,when and how much you take of each drug.Duragesic is usually worn 48 to 72 hours before they are changed.....Dave

What kind of tests, drug screens? If so it's because they don't look for it, not even with extended tests, they can detect it, but the tests are very expensive?
