I have always thought that it was the Allegra (10 mg b.i.d)that produced my "dry mouth" feeling. This morning, I read that Nexium (40 mg a.m.)can be associated with "dry mouth." I am unwilling to experiment by temporarily dc of Nexium, because when I unintentionally did so for a couple of days, symptoms were significant. I could dc the Allegra for a couple of days, to pin it down.

What is likely the more probable cause of this tolerable dry mouth side effect?
