Drugs used to treat severe dep & psychosis

Hello - My sister has severe depression & pshychosis. She has tried to commit sucide and almost succeded on the 2nd attempt. She currently is taking 150 mg of Sertraline, 5 mg of Abilify & 10 mg of Temazepam. She is experience some symptoms with the Sertrailine that are less common. She forgets easily, changes her mind often and cannot seem to keep an appt with someone, even though she has made arrangements to meet with them that morning. Also I read that Abilify can also cause impaired thinking. Has anyone experience this themselves and had the same side effects. Did you need to change your drugs or did it work for you. I am just try to find about more about the drugs and if the side effects are something I should be concerned about.

My cousin was on both sertraline which is the generic for zoloft and abilify. PLus Klonopin which is a same class drug as temazapam. When she firdt started she was very loopy and out of it. After a couple months she leveled out though. I currently take zoloft and have no side effects. I am on 150mg too.
