Default Drug problems. Need help!

I dont know if this is the right place for this or not, if not please direct me to a better forum.

I am 18 years old and have been suffering from pain in my left chest (feels like where my heart would be) and upper left back behind the collar bone. This has been going on for about a week now and it hurts when I am at the end of inhaling normal breaths. It feels like a dull pain, as if I pulled a muscle inside my chest/upper back on the left side. It kind of tingles a little bit.

I am concerned it maybe from substance abuse, let me list the things I do and how often I do them. The bold ones are what I am most concerened it maybe.

Marijuana - Once a week for the past year.
Tobacco - One cigerette every 2 - 3 days.
Alcohol - Couple times a week.
Ecstacy - Have done it 3 times in my life, all in the past 2 weeks.
Xanax - Maybe once a month.
Cocaine - Probably done 3 - 4 grams in my life, all in the past 2 weeks.
DXM/tripple c's - Probably done 10 times starting last month, each time taking 300 - 600 mg in the form of MucinexDM.
Inhalents - Probably taken 20 three second hits starting 2 weeks ago in the form of air duster.

I think its either my lungs that hurt or my heart, but its where my heart is.

Please email me or respond to this with any advice. my email is 0wknag3@gmail.com

Thanks.

I doubt it's substance related, but you need to see a doctor if it persists, pericarditis comes to mind, only a guess. Don't bring up your substance use history.

Thank you Cats Meow, that seems exactly what I am feeling. It has been that way for the past week but has been feeling better the past 2 days, and it does hurt to swallow like the article said. I guess I will go to my doctor if the problem happens again. Thank you.
