Drug Paraphernalia Question ???

Question to those who know about crack paraphernalia
What do crack stems look like and what might be with a crack stem besides tha crack itself ????
We found a long thin steel tube with some crumpled screen material in the tube ???? I'm lost

crack is uaually smokes in glass pipes; however, there are many different pipes out there this one you found may be what is called a one hitter usually used for smoking marijuana. My suggestion to you is to smell the end of the pipe or take it to your local police and have it tested.

Take the screen materal out of the pipe. If it looks like part of a brillo pad it is a crack pipe.
