Default Drug interaction

I've been taking Lipitor for about three years. I began taking Avapro for hypertension about 3 months ago. My blood pressure did not go down so my doctor increased the Avapro to 300 mg from 150mg. About two weeks after that, my blood pressure went up to 180 over 102 so I also began taking Norvasc (5mg). Sice then my blood pressure has gone down to 140 over 65. About the time I started taking Norvasc, I've noticed aching in my knees and lower legs...could this be a drug interaction?
