hydromorphone is marketed as Dilaudid by Abbott labs, and is availiable in 2 and 4mg doses. I believe there are some generic 8mg hydromorphone tablets as well. Perdue pharma is going to unveil an extended release capsule hydromorphone called Pallidone, to come in 12, 16, 24, and 32mg doses) late this year.

Well here in canada the hydromorophine comes in a time released tablet with the mlgr as follows 6 12 18 24 30 they are very strong and very hard to get a precription of but if anyonw knows where i can buy some let me know they go for a dollar a mg
