I just started taking Doxycycline for a 1-week run and it says you shouldn't have calcium-rich products for 3 hours before or after taking it. Since I'm going to be taking it in the morning, I don't know what to do about my coffee...I hate to drink it black. Does anyone know of any low or no calcium coffee creamer alternatives? I actually use soymilk usually, but it says it's calcium fortified and has 30% of your daily value in one serving...
Also, does anyone know how much calcium is too much to have with it? I just realized the oatmeal I had this morning has 10% the DV of calcium...
