Default Does zoloft or zyprexa have diazepam in it?

A friend of mine recently passed away. She was addicted to hydrocodone, oxycodone etc... In her blood was sertraline (zoloft), olanzapine (zyprexa), methodose (given to her by a treatment center) and diazapam (valium). I'm wondering if the diazapam was a metabolite of one of the other drugs or if she took valium as well. Does anyone know?

as far as I know valium (diazapam) is not a metabolite of any non-benzodiazapine drug that I am aware of.
