I happen to be familiar with the medication spelled dirucotide rather than dirucotode.

I can only assume this is the medication you are asking about?
I know of dirucotide because I help moderate an autoimmune disease forum. Dirucotide is currently in phase III of clinical trials for treating MS and lupus which are autoimmune diseases. I just checked my sources and it seems that this medication is also being looked at for treatment of aplastic anemia.
I hate it when I am unable to find exactly what I am looking for. But I can't find any results showing the success of using dirucotide in this application, just that it is being considered for aplastic anemia. I would appreciate it if you find what you are looking for to please update this thread. Or perhaps someone else knows something about this drug being used for enemia. My sources are pretty current though. Good luck.
