 Diltiazem issues!
I am a purchaser for an LTC pharmacy and constantly have issues with Technicians pulling the incorrect Diltiazem. i.e.; CD, ER, SR... etc!
Does anyone know if and where I can find a chart depicting which ones are compatible with each other?
Some CD's are not compatible in the CD type Diltiazems! Same with the ER's and some ER's are interchangable with the CD's!
Any help woulod be greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance!  |
