I am someone who cannot take most drugs, the ones I take are few, of lowest doses broken in half and taken 4 x 24. I have 2 Drs that understand my problems and treat me accordingly.However, I havebeen having afib , flutters and all that go with it for some time and earlier in the month while having the shot stress test I had another cardiologist there saying I was in a fib and all that about stroke ect ect, which I have heard hundreds of times in my 77 years.I am a polio survivor, most drugs make PPS worse. He perscribed Digoxin without even checking my record. All the reasons it should not be perscribed I seem to have . Noticed blurring of left eye and then horrible pain in what seemed every muscle in my body and then nausea, I have trouble with electrolites even when taking fluid pills. It is impossible to get a call back from cardiologists, my pharmacist was asked by me if one can stop this drug or does it have to be weaned so to speak. She did say it could be stopped period, I might add I cannot even get results of all tests I had done as far back as May,what is wrong with the medical system anyways. Can I go off this drug since the problem I had has not been helped by it seems to make it worse. Thank you, akjoha
