Question Differences in Paxil and Zoloft???

My husband was just prescribed Zoloft for mild depression as hes gone through some rough patches lately with his health and losing his job, I have been on Paxil for about 4 years or so and have done very well. So anyways when he went to see his Primary Doc he asked about getting on Paxil and the doctor said he prefferd Zoloft and put him on that. Now I have looked it up and read good things and trust this doctor I was just wondering if anyone knows what the difference between the two might be?? If maybe theres something I dont know about??
Thanks in advance
Vikki
