Hi all

I have had some back pain for some time and been to osteopath which has helped to some extent. Now I have been to my doctor and I am on 75mg of difene, twice a day. Simple question, should this drug work immediately if it is to at all or does it have an accumulative effect? Since it tackles inflammation, might it take time to get results?
