I have a friend who is receiving prescription injections once a week for 8 weeks for weight loss. Could anyone inform me of any ingredients that would make up this injection. She doesn't ask the doctor or won't tell me what it consists of ! She says it's just b-12 shots! LOL! Her doctor is middle eastern and has a heavy accent & she believes he mentioned something about norel? narel? or nagel? Anyway, she has lost 25 pounds rapidly & has maintained this loss over a six month period! Can anyone shed some light on this ? I would appreciate this very much!
