My knee was popping extremely loud everytime i would extend my knee or bend down yesterday. i woke up today wth my knee being stiff as ever and a knumbness with a sharp pain in my knee cap and goes to the back of my calf. What could this be? Would my prescription of tramadol do anything for the pain? i dont wnna get up unless i have to.
