Default Dextromethorphan and Guaifenesin

I'm new to this forum, hello. I've a question to ask though, I've been looking somewhere to ask it, but couldn't find anywhere, I didn't get much results on google. Does anyone know if there have been any deaths related to Dextromethorphan abuse, where the death was caused by someone under the influence of about 250 mg of Dextromethorphan with Guaifenesin sleep while under the influence, and ending up choking on their own vomit? This has been a question that has got my curiosity and I wonder if anyone knows if there has been such instance or not.
