Default dexedrine and wellbutrin combo

i have ADD and have been taking dexedrine spansules and dextrostat for over a year..my doc recently added wellbutrin to help with my depression as well
my question is after adding wellbutrin, i have noticed that the stimulant effects from the dexedrine are less and doesn't seem to be working as well. since wellbutrin affects the reuptake of dopamine and norepinepherine, one would think that the effects of a stimulant would be increased not decreased..
has anyone else had this same experience? i would also like to hear anyone's opinions on why wellbutrin might decrease the stimulant effect
