This is my second time wheening myself off of Lexapro. The first time, I was so out of it that I had to be off of work for a week. I wheened myself too fast. This time, though, I took it really slow (a month of lowering my dosage)...Now I get this crazy wierd feeling everytime I move my eyes, sit up, stand up, etc. I see it's happening to others in my research but what can I do about it. It's freaken me out.

I have experienced this with narcotic pain medicine. I was taking percocet at one point and when I was off it I seemed to have a pretty bad depression spell that lasted a week or two. Wasnt fun, sorta made me think I needed the drug to stay happy.
