Depo provera and the z-pack

I was just prescribed a z-pack for my upper respiratory infection yesterday and I'm too scared to take it because I'm afraid it will decrease the effectiveness of the contraceptive. I normally wouldn't take the antibiotic, but I'm getting a breast augmentation in two weeks and I need to get well. What should I do? Will the antibiotic decrease the depo-provera's effectiveness?

Z-pack is Azithromycin and there should be no significant interaction with provera.
