c. would be the most correct. There is only 10mg of oxy in a oxy 10, and breaking it would defeat the time release and put the full dose into your system, I believe that your stomach acids destroy some of the oxy since it is not designed to be in your stomach when broken, but you get most of the dose.

regardless of what kind of coating or binders are present, and oxy 10 still only contains 10mg of oxy. the drug is a Continuous release formula that slowly releases the dose (in this case 10mg) into your system over a 12 hr period. The pill (if taken as directed) will release the 10mg (or whatever dose) over that time. It's not 10mg every X hours, but the 10mg spread over 12 hours, hence the term continous rather than timed release.
